4. Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact and quote forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to tell real visitors from automated spam. On a page with a form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your browser, your device and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google, which returns a score to us. We use that score only to decide whether a message is likely to be spam, and we do not use it to identify you or for any other purpose. We decide how this information is used; Google provides the service and handles the information under its reCAPTCHA terms and Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact information as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Government contracting records may be retained for the period required under federal or state procurement regulations. Our web server's logs record the address of each device that requests a page, the page requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the time; we keep them for 26 months and then delete them.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS encryption, server-side form processing, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable means.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email info@atech-tc.us.

8. Cookies

Our website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and pages loaded fresh from it run no tracking scripts. We removed Google Analytics and our own visit counter on October 16, 2026. A browser holding an older copy of our scripts, or a tab left open since before that date, may still run them until the page is reloaded, and cookies Google Analytics set may remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from jsDelivr, and our forms use Google reCAPTCHA (section 4); those providers receive your device's address when your browser fetches from them, and reCAPTCHA may store its own data in your browser. The BBB Accredited Business seal in our footer is an image served by BBB Serving Metropolitan New York, so your browser may request it from BBB's server when the footer comes into view.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
