Refund & Return Policy

To initiate any return: Contact us at info@atech-tc.us or call +1 (518) 504-7460 before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

1. Standard Return Policy

Advance Tech US accepts returns of eligible hardware products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Free from physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Returned with all original accessories, cables, and documentation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

  • Software licenses, activation keys, and subscriptions (once activated or unsealed)
  • Custom-configured and built-to-order systems
  • Consumables such as toner cartridges, ink, and paper
  • Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
  • Products purchased under government contracts (subject to contract-specific terms)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
  • For carrier damage, retain all original packaging for inspection purposes

4. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

After the 30-day return window, defective products are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in initiating and coordinating warranty claims with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, and other manufacturers.

5. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email info@atech-tc.us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  • Step 2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team
  • Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior
  • Step 4: Refund or exchange processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to returns not due to defect or our error

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled without penalty before shipment
  • Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return per the policy above
  • Custom-configured and special-order items may not be cancelled once submitted to the manufacturer
