2. Products and Services

Advance Tech US offers IT hardware, software, cybersecurity products, networking equipment, and related services. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes provided by Advance Tech are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing
  • An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance from Advance Tech
  • Advance Tech reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion
  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated

4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Government purchase orders are accepted in accordance with applicable contract terms
  • Late payments may be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5%
  • Advance Tech reserves the right to require prepayment for new accounts or high-value orders

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates subject to manufacturer availability and carrier schedules
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed
  • Advance Tech is not liable for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Warranties

Products sold by Advance Tech carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Advance Tech does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Software licenses are subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the respective publisher.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advance Tech's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Advance Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Advance Tech US or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Government Contracting

Orders placed under government contracts are subject to the specific terms and clauses of the applicable contract vehicle. Our SAM.gov registration (CAGE: 86UZ1, UEI: UNPWWG4KLRG3) is maintained in compliance with federal acquisition regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
